Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For personalized or custom-printed cards, production may take 3–5 business days.
You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across the Philippines through reliable courier services.

Shipping Option Estimated Delivery Time Coverage Standard Shipping 3–7 business daysMetro Manila & major cities. Provincial Shipping 5–10 business days outside Metro Manila

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Promotions or free shipping offers (if any) will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. You may track your delivery through the courier’s website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
Unavailability of the recipient
Refusal to accept the package

The courier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Areas

We ship to most areas within the Philippines. For remote or out-of-delivery zones, delivery may take longer or require special arrangements. Please contact us before ordering if unsure.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo/video proof.
For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.
