Refund and Cancellation Policy

At tap-it, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.


Physical Product – NFC Card


All sales are considered final, except in the following cases:


Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received
  • Product not functioning due to manufacturing defect


To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photo/video proof of the issue.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with older devices (Note: Most recent Android and iOS models are supported; check compatibility before purchase)
  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or modification


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before processing begins.
  • Once the product has been produced, encoded, or shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
  • Custom-printed or personalized cards are non-cancellable once production has started.


Digital Profile and Subscription Services (if applicable)

  • Access to the tap-it digital profile/dashboard is included with the card and is non-refundable once activated.
  • If you subscribe to any paid digital features in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions.


How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please contact us via email at admin@tapitvcard.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for request
  • Supporting evidence (photo/video if applicable)


We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product is eligible for return, we will shoulder the return shipping cost in cases of defect or our error.
  • If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
